A Family owned and run beach hut located on Frinton Promanard, withing 10m of the lovely flat sandy beach. The beach is great for games, cricket, football, or just soaking up the sun on a hot summers day!

The dog friendly beach is within easy reach.

The hut seats a maximum of 12no people, inside and out, 8no in total inside (please bare the weather in mind!)

Sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and beach toys provided.
Cutterlery, plates, bowls etc

Gas Hob – provided - but gas must be purchased and taken with you.
Gas can be purchased from the local hardware store, on Connaught Avenue. Butane gas is readily available from many other sources nationwide (it must be removed when you leave)

Alternatively we suggest you take a flask of hot water with you, or take the short walk to Connaught Ave, where all manner of refreshment is available.

Within a short walk of toilets and accessibly ramps.
Free parking is provided on the Esplanade, along with council maintained toilets (20p per visit)

Please note: The client is expected to sweep out and clean the hut before leaving (including and plates, knifes etc used)
NO services are connected to the hut, cold water is available, from the council provided tap, 75 yards away.

No smoking, naked flames or BBQ's to be used at anytime.

The hut is located centrally on the Frinton beachfront, not far from the main steps and ramps down from the large Greensward behind the huts.

The main toilet block sits at the top of steps and ramps. Once you have descended to the promenade please turn right, the hut can be found50m or so beyond the Beach Watch hut, and water tap.

There is a small step up, and down into the hut, this is directly from the promenade.

Wheel chair access is possible, with a little help from you friends, but not ramps are provided.

Items for use in the Beach hut

Cups, plates, bowls, cutlery, beach toys, seats, round table, bench and bench seats, parasols, radio.

Please note any of the cutlery plates etc used must be washed up before you leave.

Additional Information

Refunds given at the hut owners discretion, and only if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your visit. Weather related cancellations are not permitted.
