The beach hut is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans glasses etc. Also picnic blankets, deck chairs, beach chairs. In the lift up bench there are toys, games, buckets and spades, inflatables.

Everything is included bar a few personal items.
Park at The Leas. Oppositenn the 1930s round house is a slope leading down to the seafront. Turn right at the end of the slope and the hut is about three in.

There is a slope leading down to the hut. Ideal for pushchair and wheelchair access. You can also drive a car down if you get permission from the council and the gate code access.
