Larger than average with veranda and cover. 2nd row with views over the beach, pier and if course the sea. Double half glazed doors and end window makes it very light and airy, fully lined for protection from the elements. Everything you need for a fun day out, buckets, spades, boogie board, balls, cricket set, Jenga, kids books, windbreak.
Dog friendly beach hut and adjacent beaches, some areas have restrictions, but, this is signed.
PLEASE NOTE. THIS IS A NO SMOKING BEACH HUT.

Walking from the pier (on your left) walk towards Frinton, as the tarmac widens and and changes to red come back about 10 metres and look to your right, there are steps with a handrail, North Winn is visible from this point.
From Southcliff steps, down the the steps, turn right, then follow instructions re tarmac.

Items for use in the Beach hut

For the kids, buckets, spades, boogie board, cricket set, balls, Jenga, books, various table top games, crab lines, highchair.
For the adults, most importantly the kettle, tea pot, 2 ring cooker with grill and oven, gas lighters ,ample cutlery, mugs, plastic glasses, plates, dishes, chopping board, cork screw, tea cups and saucers, two sets of tiered plates for afternoon tea, tea towels, dining table and chairs, folding chairs.
Hopefully never needed, fire blanket and first aid kit, sewing kit.
Water tap alongside beach hut.

Additional Information

Easy walk into town for shops, pubs, food outlets. Aldi and M&S food court next to each other.
Lovely Pie and Mash shop and a fish and chip shop two doors down, both been tried and tested.
