Beach huts for sale in Frinton on Sea, Essex

317 The Pepper Pot, Low Wall

Frinton on Sea, Essex

This hut is for sale at the end of the season, i.e. 1st October

It is extremely well situated in that it is on the promenade with uninterrupted views of the beach and it is a few meters away from the life guards' hut, water and the rubbish bins. It is close to the 'posh' toilets on the greensward and a short walk away from Connaught Avenue where there are shops, cafes and restaurants. If you wanted to rent it out you would need a License from the Council to do so and virtually every day during the summer people are interested in renting it when your own family are not using it.

It has a perfect position as it is within very easy walking distance to the main shopping area of Frinton where you can buy delicious ice cream, bring back take-away coffee, have lunch/tea out, or a little further away (but still within walking distance) get really good fish and chips.

It is close to well-looked after loos and there is a water tap within easy reach. The beach is nothing but fine sand just perfect for sand castles!

There is a path at the bottom of Connaught Avenue (Frinton’s main shopping street) to the left of the toilets leading from the greensward to the beach via a zigzag ramp. The beach hut is the eighth one on the right.

It is very easy for prams, push chairs and wheel chairs to access the beach hut using the zigzag ramp. We also have a wooden child/dog gate for the doorway.

Additional Information

Ice cream, take away coffee etc and restaurants available in Connaught Avenue within easy walking distance. The local fish and chip shop is very good.
