This is a brand new lob cabin with attractive veranda. Double glazed windows with feature shutters. Fully equipped with stove, sink, kettle, etc. Sun loungers provided together with very comfy chairs. Further equipment can be provided (eg buckets and spades if required), within reason, simply ask the owner in advance.

On Sutton on Sea beach front, turn left from the main entrance. The hut is on the left Immediately after the public footpath. The hut is Painted blue with fenced a surround.

Items for use in the Beach hut

Kettle, crockery, cutlery, towels, tea, coffee, four chairs (loungers and comfy uprights). Further equipment can be provided, if considered reasonable, upon request.
