The cladded interior includes a storage cupboard, sink, small table and two folding chairs and there is space for extra storage, a larger table and chairs if required.

The hut is listed with a local estate agent who will guide buyers through the process of obtaining a beach hut licence with the Le Strange Estate, which owns the foreshore at Old Hunstanton.

The nearest car park is at the Le Strange Arms hotel. Come down the slope from the car park, past the public toilets, onto the beach by the RNLI station with the Old Town Beach Cafe opposite. Take the path to the left of the cafe along the beach and, turn left after about 100 metres to find the front row of beach huts including 107.

The beach hut is reached by walking over a low dune and along the sand so not ideal for wheelchair users but fine for children.
