This is a wooden beach hut located at Front on Sea, Essex, in good condition with floor/ wall cupboards. The beach hut is situated on the Frinton prom which is great to play / sit on for the short period when the tide is at its highest. The beach hut is divided by glazed doors inside to provide a separate dining room. Ample and free parking on road beside the Greensward at top of nearby cliff path to beach.

Park in the marked parking bays on the road by the Greensward in the area of Eton Road and take the nearby path down to the beach.

Access from road is down a tarmac clifff path - my toddlers were always able to manage it and the slope also means that it can be accessed if you have a pushchair

Items for use in the Beach hut

Equipped with gas hob/grill, kettle, plates / mugs / cutlery, saucepans, frying pan, cooking utensils, bowls, bucket, bin, table and chairs, sun chairs and lounger, beach toys
