Hut in very good condition. Large decking with good views over the beach and sea. Space to the side also to sit. There is a gate on the hut which makes is dog and child friendly. There is easy access.
Nearest Post Code is CT5 2DD (Park Ave ). Driving Through Whitstable High Street, past Harbour on your left, take third turning on the left up Castle Hill, past the Castle on your right. When your have reached the flag pole in front of you , hut is down the slope from there. Other alternative is to park your car in Whitstable and walk along the sea front. Hut is on the end of the third row just off the path. 12 minutes walk to Tankerton where there are additional toilets. Fish and Chip shop and Ice Cream Parlour. Whitstable Harbour and town 10 to 15 minute walk. Water Tap on the beach in front of the hut. Due to council regulations only 8 people allowed in the hut at any one time. Of cause there is plenty of room on the beach ! Use of the hut is from 10am till 8pm.
Items for use inside Hut. Coffee/ Tea, Kettle Calor Gas Paper Cups and plates Disposable cutlery 8 Chairs Table and rugs.
DAY HIRE Off Peak - October to April £55 to £65 PEAK May £75 June July August £85 September £75 More than one day negotiable.
